When you are considering investing in a virtual meeting system, one of the key questions is will people actually use it? Visual Nexus runs on the user’s personal computer and is as easy to use as any other software application on the computer. The user interface includes a “presence” panel which shows which contacts are online and there is a simple click to call interface. The same is true for joining mutli-way virtual meetings. The meeting appears in the user interface when it is scheduled to start and the user simply clicks on the meeting name to enter the virtual meeting room.
